Don’t be afraid to take things slow.
You don’t have to immediately do everything at once, or to do it all perfectly. It’s okay to start with small efforts and work on one thing at a time.
If you live in the socal area and are/ know someone undocumented please be careful when going to Walmart or to be safe just don’t go in general ICE has been known to go in there
This isn’t information that can sit in your likes guys I’m not trying to guilt trip but this is life or death please reblog and spread
Also keep your kids close. ICE has been raiding parks and taking children to force their parents to come out and retrieve them. Ramsey Park in Watsonville CA has seen a bunch of this, I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s a widespread technique.
If you have friends, family, or neighbors who you know are undocumented, reach out and see if they need help - picking up some things at the Walmart, taking their kids with your own to the park, etc etc etc. This is the time to step up and offer support if you can.
